FRIGIDARIUM (Shock Recovery Pools)
Tracing its roots back to the cold sections of Ancient Roman baths, the Frigidarium is the ultimate tool for thermal recovery. While ancients used snow to cool these pools, we utilize advanced cooling technology to provide the perfect “shock” experience after heat therapy.

CALDARIUM (Gentle Heat Therapy)
For those who seek the benefits of thermal therapy without the intensity of a traditional sauna or steam room, the Caldarium offers a refined alternative. Operating at a gentle 113-122°F (45-50°C), it is the ideal solution for visitors with heat sensitivities or blood pressure concerns.
- Experience: The soft heat stimulates the body's natural cooling mechanisms, boosting circulation, relaxing muscle tissues, and promoting deeper, more rhythmic breathing.
TEPIDARIUM (Ambient Thermal Lounges)
In Roman times, the Tepidarium utilized heated walls and floors to provide a restorative thermal contact experience. Today, we have evolved this concept by combining precision-heated stone loungers with ambient, dim lighting to create a meditative sanctuary.
- Therapeutic Value: By maintaining a temperature close to natural body heat (102°F / 39°C), it regulates circulation without placing the cardiovascular system under stress.
- Recommended Use: A minimum of 30 minutes is suggested to fully stimulate the immune system and achieve total muscular relaxation.
